Not sure. I didn't really pay attention. However, GPS works fine when I run it in safe mode so it's definitely a software problem. And I don't really want to send it for a repair as they'll keep it for 2-3 weeks and maybe even open it for a non-hardware issue (it happened before) something is wrong with note 7 gps though.
